Who is Lithium of Nevada?

Lithium of Nevada (LON( has a binding agreement to initially earn-in and acquire up to 50% of the largely unexplored and highly sought after Nevada Smith Creek Lithium Project, currently owned 100%  by TSX-V listed company Iconic Minerals Ltd (TSX-V ICM)

The Smith Creek Project is a large basin surrounded by a mountain range where mineral run off deposits lithium into this basin. Surface sampling around the Smith Creek hot springs have returned high lithium values. Further anomalous lithium has been found in the surface salts and clays.  A brine horizon in the basin has been identified at depths of 600-900m creating a possible large lithium brine system.

LON has also entered into an exclusive option agreement to purchase the lithium and rare earth tenements of Far West Metals Ltd (FWM) located in the sought after lithium areas of Ravensthorpe and Norseman, Western Australia where there are presently  operating Lithium mines.
