Mr Pismiris has over 30 years of experience in the securities, finance and mining industries. Since 1990, Mr Pismiris has served as a director and/or company secretary for various ASX listed companies as well as a number of unlisted public and private companies. Mr Pismiris completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Western Australia, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a fellow of The Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Pismiris has participated numerous times in the processes by which boards have assessed the acquisition and financing of a diverse range of assets and has participated in and become familiar with the range of evaluation criteria used and the due diligence processes commonly adopted in the commercial assessment of corporate opportunities.

Mr Haythorpe is the Chairman of Allup Silica, CEO of ECR Minerals PLC and an NED of Tempest Minerals.
Mr Haythorpehas over 30 years of experience in the resources and investments – a geologist with CRA, a Mining Analyst with Suncorp, County Natwest and Hartleys, and a fund Manager with Bankers Trust, which grew to manage over $40 billion. Andrew was a top 12 rated 2 Gold Analyst and considered a global leader in mineral sands analysis.
Mr Haythorpehas raised over $200m in junior companies, building Crescent Gold from an $8m explorer to a $250m gold producer and lead Michelago Resources to become a Chinese gold producer – creating the top performing ASX listed company that year.
JOHN CHEGWIDDEN

Mr Chegwidden is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience, including managing his own chartered accounting practice, and has acted as a director, company secretary and corporate advisor to public, private and not-for-profit companies.
Mr Chegwidden has a strong knowledge of the mining, exploration, mineral processing and resources sector in Australia, with key competencies in providing corporate advice, tenement management, budgeting and modelling, operational management, OHS, corporate governance, capital raising, marketing and financial management.
Mineral expertise in Tungsten, Tantalum, Tin, Lithium having being involved in a number of ASX listed companies including Hazelwood Resources, Lithex Resources, 3D Resources.
Mr Chegwidden is a non-executive director of Adelong Gold Ltd (ASX:ADG), Cosmo Gold Ltd was formerly an executive director of ATC Alloys Limited and Aurox Resources Ltd and is a director of not-for-profit Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc.
